Fitting
Fitting is when we come to a client’s location with what we have designed and completed. This process starts at the design stage when we take into consideration minor, but nonetheless important points like access and parking. It’s also when we make a full survey of the location before the furniture is made. Our fitting team will have a series of fitting drawings on their laptop. This fitting plan will contain schedules, dates and times. Everyone involved in the fitting will be kept fully informed of these. Discretion is most important to us – and to our clients. When fitting, we never forgot that we might be in someone’s home – not a workshop. At Halstock, we like to think that the most used tool in the operation is the vacuum cleaner.
